any reason we will exchange the product for a different size/style of the same $ amount. But please note orders are final and cannot be cancelled. If you are returning an item for a credit note and used FREE SHIPPING we will deduct the shipping costs for our initial shipment unless paid by the customer.

We will only offer a refund on faulty items if we cannot exchange it.

Postage to return a product is at the buyers cost but we will ship it back for free!
